By using NomadSpend, you agree to these terms.
1. Personal use
NomadSpend grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal and group travel expense management. These terms apply to the iOS app, the Android app, and the web app.
2. Currency and financial data
Rates and conversions are for information and planning only. NomadSpend does not provide financial, payment, or banking services, does not transfer money, and is not an accounting record; verify official financial records before settlement.
3. Accounts and collaboration
You are responsible for securing your sign-in and for activity performed through your account on shared trips. Invite only people you trust to a shared trip.
4. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; this does not affect your consumer rights under mandatory law.
5. Termination
You may stop using NomadSpend at any time by deleting your account and removing the app from your devices.
6. Changes
We may update these terms for new features or regulatory requirements. Last updated August 2026.
